Istanbul Technical University (ITU) is one of Turkey's oldest and most prestigious technical universities. Founded in 1773 during the reign of Sultan Mustafa III as the "Imperial School of Engineering," the university is renowned for its high-quality education and research activities in engineering and architecture.

Campuses: ITU has five campuses in Istanbul:

Maslak (Ayazağa) Campus: The main and largest campus.
Maçka Campus: Home to the Faculty of Business Administration.
Taşkışla Campus: The historic site of the Faculty of Architecture.
Gümüşsuyu Campus: The campus where the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is located.
